The Services may change, pause, or end at any time, including for maintenance, capacity, or legal reasons. We may modify features, schedules, or content in our discretion.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites or processors. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials available through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful purposes. No other rights are granted.

7. User Submissions

If you submit feedback or materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display such content for operating and improving the Services. Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable U.S. federal law. Disputes should first be raised with us at [email protected]. If unresolved, they may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Massachusetts.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new Effective date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
